Refund Policy
We take great pride in the quality of our products and our website contains detailed size charts for each individual item for reference.
We are 100% sure that you will love your purchases.
But in the unlikely event that you have any problems with your order, please email us at support@myela.it within 48 hours of receiving your items for suitability and conditions.
We will provide you with an exchange, credit, or refund label for full priced items only if: the items are in salable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact;
the items have not been worn, damaged or washed; we are notified within 48 hours of receipt; the items are returned to us within 7 days from the date of receipt ; and are received by us within 14 days from the date of receipt.
If you received a wrong or defective item in your order, we sincerely apologize, we have strict quality assurance techniques to ensure this does not happen.
In this case, simply send images of the incorrect / defective items to support@myela.it and we will resolve the matter urgently.
If you wish to cancel your order you can do so within 24 hours of placing your order, as we are committed to getting your orders promptly we are unable to cancel your order outside of this time frame. time as it may have already been sent.
