If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the items can be returned for a size exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Return Instructions
- Returned items must not show any signs of use and must have the warranty seals intact.
Return shipments must be made exclusively through our courier and following our instructions. Otherwise, the shipment may be refused.
Shipping costs are free (1 free exchange) if we are notified within 2 days of receipt, otherwise the cost will be borne by the customer, always with receipt within 14 days.
In the case of a return for a second exchange, the shipping costs for the exchange will be charged
Returns are not possible in our boutiques.
1) Size exchange: You can exchange the same item for a different size, if available. Only one free exchange is allowed for each authorized return.
2) Refund:
Refunds will be processed as soon as we have received, verified, and accepted the returned item.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the customer within 14 days of receiving the return.
