Returns and Refunds

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the items can be returned for a size exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Return Instructions
- Returned items must not show any signs of use and must have the warranty seals intact.

- Return shipments must be made exclusively via our courier and following our instructions. Otherwise the shipment may be refused.

Shipping costs are free. (1 free exchange). In case of return of a second exchange, the shipping costs of the exchange will be charged.

1) Size exchange: it is possible to exchange for a different size of the same item, if available. Only one free exchange of goods is provided for each authorized return.

2) Refund:
Refunds will be processed as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item is completed.
The refund amounts will be made with the same payment method made by the customer within 14 days of receiving the return.
