• How is the fit of the Parkas? The fit of the PARKAs is quite regular you can choose your usual size or if you want to wear it comfortable you can choose one size larger

• Is the fur real? Yes, our parkas are made of real fur

• Where are you? We are in Rome 

• Do you ship worldwide? We ship worldwide with free shipping and free returns via DHL EXPRESS

• What is the order processing time? All items are processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise specified

• How long does delivery take? Orders are delivered within 10/14  working days
• Do I have to pay taxes on delivery? No, you don't have to pay any taxes 

• Can I return my order? Yes, we have a full refund policy. All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item in the same condition as received. Any worn or damaged items will not be accepted back. We must be notified within two days of receipt

• Can I exchange my item? Yes, exchanges are accepted and are completely free

I received a damaged item, what should I do? ALL items are checked very carefully before shipping. In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please email customer service within 48 hours and they will assist you.
